Hot chocolate stirrers

Ingredients
Sunflower oil for greasing
300g of dark, milk or white chocolate
Mini marshmallows & Sprinkles
Method
  • Put a small pan of water on to boil.
  • Grease two ice cube trays with the oil.
  • Break up the chocolate into small pieces into a bowl and place the bowl over the saucepan, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the ice cube tray and cover the top with the marshmallows or sprinkles.
  • Pop the tray into the fridge and chill for 20 minutes.
  • Insert a wooden ice lolly stick into each section of the tray and chill for a further 40 minutes.
  • Turn your chocolate cubes out onto a plate and stir into warm milk — one per cup!
